Stylishly designed bedrooms ranging in size. Bedrooms should be a relaxing space; with a comfortable, neatly made bed and a pair of bedside tables with elegant side lamps. The room should be filled with a cosy rug, a spacious wardrobe (filled with coat hangers!), a full length mirror, a hairdryer and black out blinds to ensure the guest has a good nights sleep.

A well-equipped kitchen. Kitchens in a We Stay apartment are designed for guests to enjoy a home-from-home experience. As well as your standard kitchen appliances like a fridge/freezer, oven and dishwasher we ensure that all kitchen are equipped with everything from a top-of-the-range toaster to a range of essential utensils.

Spacious living and dining area. At the heart of all of our apartments are beautifully designed living areas; where guests can feel relaxed to do what they want to do, when they want to do it. Living spaces should be furnished with a comfy sofa bed, matching chair and hand selected soft furnishings. In addition to this, a modern coffee table, elegant wall art and smaller accessories such as coasters, succulents and ornamental pieces. The guests experience will be enhanced with premium amenities such as a smart television.

Luxury bathrooms with complimentary high-quality toiletries. The finer details really do enhance the guests stay at a We Stay apartment; bathrooms should all include fluffy bathmats and towels ranging in size, chic accessories such as toothbrush holder and matching soap dish, an anti-slip mat for guest safety and a small bin for connivance. Compliments toiletries will be supplied to give the guest the best of both worlds: home-style living with hotel service. 

Convenient utility facilities. Often We Stay serviced apartments are occupied by business professionals or leisure travellers for longer stays; therefore the guests will need a well-equipped utility area so that they can look after the apartment for the duration of their stay. We Stay recommends that all apartments are equipped with a vacuum, spray mop, iron and ironing board, clothes airer and extension lead.

The We Stay property management team are experts in this area and they will arrange for a bespoke property set-up, professional photography, and ongoing marketing of the apartment on over 100 booking platforms.
